Altho it was psy trance that got me into electronic music, It was more of a gateway drug than an actual addiction. So with me being not the biggest psy fan out there I made this little logo after I came up with this awesome saying. Pure genius if you ask me.
It was put onto t-shirts at one point and got some dirty looks when worn to a psy trance party… good times.

I’m on a retro kick here, so i’ll show you my vintage record player. I dont have a good shot of the turntable, but this thing is awesome. still works. altho the stylus is shot, it looks pretty cool when it lights up. i’ll have to take some more shots and post em. stay tuned out there in radio land!

Its great to see party goers using earplugs these days, but I see so many people with the earplugs hanging out of their ears. it does you no good. If you cant get them to sit properly, pull up on the ear like in the picture, it works like a charm. just practice at home, you’ll know when they are in right. the music sounds BETTER with them in…and your ears don’t ring all night.

had to get myself a tech 12 to be able to mix flawlessly when i played out. practicing on vestax and going to a show and playing on techs was sketchy at times. having 3 decks was a lot of fun.

JDS - Destiny Calls, also known as “the ‘A’ song”, as it was the label on the record. This one flew under the radar, but i snapped it up and cained the hell out of it. I was never a fan of vocals, but this wailing vocal gave me goosebumps. Years later I met JDS and got him to sign this tune. Funny story actually…It was a party headlining JDS and Dave London, so i brought a couple JDS and Dave London tracks for them to sign. The dj at the time was doing a horrible job so i went up there and let him know. His records were strewn all over the stage and he looked frantic. I asked him what he was doing and he said he is running out of tunes. I told him i would play and he said ok!! haha. so i played two JDS track and two Dave London tunes. The guy fell off the stage as he was trying to pick up all his records too, what a disaster. Glad to have helped…

Another tune from back in the day that blew me away. Paul Van Dyk remixed Blank & Jones’ - Cream, and i played the hell out of it.
